A common use case is that a customer wants to bounce their list providers off the NPPES database but they do not want to run a database server themselves or maintain the data.  We understand and have made available a file template for you to use. All you need to do is copy/paste a list of NPI numbers in the file and upload it on our portal.  That information will then be loaded into a private table on the hosted database that you can use to run queries against.
